Touching Lives

Living a healthy lifestyle has been a focus of mine since I was a teenager.  Helping others do the same is what lead me to a career in massage therapy.   Stresses from family obligations and work pressures can cause tension and pain to accumulate in muscle tissue.  Over my 16 years experience as a massage therapist, I have seen people's lives improve with regular massage therapy, removing the tightness caused by these stresses. 


We are a family friendly facility and have seen people of all age...

Swedish massage, sports massage, deep tissue, and European hot stone massage are available..  We are BWC certified and offer Ballroom dance and Zumba classes to complement a healthy lifestyle.
