With over 20 years of experience, she has been a part of healthcare teams to include Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers and Chiropractors. Coupled with additional training and her background in Exercise and Sports Science, Jan is able to execute rehab and clinically based treatments to help you with pain relief, reduce your stress and increase range of motion and flexibility.

We operate by appointments only in Clermont, FL with offices at Aesthetic Dermatology 210 N Hwy 27 suite 1.
All sessions are client based and designed to give you what you need or request and not to demonstrate my skills. Feedback is appreciated and highly encouraged.

Worked 2011 - present helping with exercise and rehab modalities for patients in an outpatient based physical therapy clinic. Experienced in electrical stimulation using TENS units and MPS. Used Myokinesthetic System extensively for upper and lower body treating headaches, frozen shoulder, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, piriformis syndrome, shin splints, plantar fasciitis to name a few. also employed the use of Total Motion Release for pain reduction and modification
