I have 20 years of experience in bodywork including massage therapy and Craniosacral therapy. I have worked in a variety of settings  that range from working with professional athletes, children, chiropractors, in spas as well as writing and instructing massage workshops for couples. Currently, I am specializing in Craniosacral Therapy and Somato-emotional release.  I came into the field of Craniosacral Therapy as a patient and was so impressed with the results that I personally experienced, I decided to pursue it professionally. I have received my training through the internationally recognized Upledger Institute in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.  Craniosacral therapy has become my passion in life, and I am excited to share it with you!
