   I've always had an interest in wellness and a passion for helping others. When I was younger, I was the child giving "mini massages" to my mother when she came home from work. At the time I didn't think my little hands were helping but it was something that I enjoyed. During high school, I started to consider massage as a potential profession. While researching different modalities and instructors, I begin to see that several of the techniques being used were the same that I had incorporated in my "mini massages." (You know, the ones that I didn't think were working.) After high school, I registered for courses at Birmingham School of Massage where the love for my craft flourished. I love the way massage makes people feel. How 30 minutes to an hour can have such a positive affect on a persons day. I cherish the impact that I have on every client and I honor the trust that they bestow to me. Whether it's a Swedish, Deep Tissue or a simple stretch. I believe everyone deserves a thorough, tailor made massage that reflects their wants and needs. As a Massage Therapist it is my job to provide a complete and surreal experience that leaves the mind and body at ease.

We all know that life be life’n and my husband booked this particular session for that very reason! I went into the appt a mess and walked feeling like a new person. Believe me when I tell you Paisley has the best hands!!! Don’t let her small size fool you!! She has the most intuitive touch and is VERY effective at applying deep pressure! She is always genuinely tuned in to what my body needs. I also experienced a back scrub during this session, and WHEW! She scrubbed all of my sins away!! I’m just going to have start making this a weekly appointment bc it was very much needed!! Thanks Paisley!!

I consider myself a regular client of Paisley’s now. I’m from Houston but I’m in the area for a while for work, and I found Yenful Spa online because I was looking for a Black woman owned business/massage therapist in the Birmingham area. The overall setting is designed for relaxation. That is apparent immediately upon entering. Paisley is not only amazing at what she does, but she always listens to understand exactly what areas to focus on during each session. I have recommended her to everyone who will listen.
