Holistic Bodywork Practitioner:

I was an elementary school teacher for 20 years before switching careers to enter the field and health and wellness.  I graduated from the Healing Arts and Massage School in 2017 where I spent many Mondays working with the local state university providing sports massage for NCAA athletes and Olympic Gold medalists and have been providing bodywork therapy in the Clayton area since.  I've also had the priveldge of interning 110 hours with a local back physician and physical therapy clinic.  My skills and certifications include:  Swedish massage, lymphatic, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Asian cupping, Gua Sha, certified Prenatal/postnatal, Sports Massage, hot stones, aromatherapy, stretching, ayurveda, myofascial release and more.  I often get to assist my husband's physical therapy patients with post knee surgeries after PT is finished.  I am currently a Therapeutic Massage Instructor at our local community college.  I am passionate about assisting the whole body for pain relief, especially when the cause is major stress and anxiety.  I only use products with the highest quality of ingredients and will always go above and beyond to help you function your best in your daily life.

Outside of massage, I enjoy traveling and relaxing by the beach with my husband and two children.  I am also a Concious Life Coach certified by world renowed Dr. Shefali Tsbary, a wellness counselor trained by Wanda's Center for Wellbeing, and a certified aromatherapist.
