As a mother and avid yogi I understand the impact and importance of self care in our modern world. I wholeheartedly believe that healing on a holistic level allows us to reach our highest potential. I have been licensed to practice massage therapy since 2019 and have been teaching yoga since 2014. I am passionate about total body wellness. I specialize in myofascial release and trigger point therapy and enjoy working with my clients to help them feel at home in their bodies.
