Getting a massage is important to your state of health. It promotes better circulation and muscle tone, and it also promotes relaxation and tension release throughout the body. So while getting a massage should an important part of your every day health, who gives you a massage should be just as important.

I began studying at Bryan College in Gold River, CA in April of 2007. Basic classes consisted of 5 weeks, 4 days a week, 4 hours a day. It was a grueling process to finish my education but I finally graduated in June of 2008 with 1100 hours and an Associates Degree of Occupational Sciences in Massage and Bodywork.

I am certified in modalities like Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Therapy, Thai Massage, Myofascial Release, Spa Services including Hot Stone massage, and many others. My well-rounded education also included study in fields like  Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Medical Massage, Ethics for Bodyworkers, Business, and Spa Management.

I am always continuing my education. I want to be able to provide the best services for the best prices to my clients.  I am a Board Certified Massage Therapist, as well as California State Certified Massage Therapist since 2012. My style of massage is mostly medical based. I find I work better with clients that appreciate a well rounded deep tissue massage, however, even though I have "a firmer hand" some clients feel that my swedish massage is one of the best they've ever had.

I have been in this field for 14 years, having my own space has been a dream for me for a very long time. I am super excited to get started in running my own business. Please visit this page, or Massage by Lacey CMT on Facebook  for the latest updates on specials and hours of operation and more.

Lacey is absolutely amazing. I feel so much better when I’m done!

A fantastic experience to return to massage to. Lacey os incredibly mindful of the person on her table, checking in about previous massages and problem areas. She is also realistic about not being able to fix a bad problem area in one go, but ensures there is significant improvement in the first session! She used slow and steady pressure to help remove knots and ease sore muscles.

Lacey was incredible. From the start, she really listened and took my intake seriously—especially the details around my sciatica—then tailored the session around exactly what my body needed. The 90-minute massage was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had: thoughtful, targeted, and genuinely effective. She checked in at the right times, adjusted pressure perfectly, and I could tell she understood what was going on rather than just doing a routine. I left feeling looser, calmer, and noticeably better. If you’re dealing with sciatic pain or any kind of chronic tightness, I can’t recommend Lacey enough.

Best massage ever! I asked Lacey for a relaxing massage that would make me melt and she gave me exactly that. Lacey is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. The space is beautiful too! Clean, warm, and inviting. A very zen experience

Lacey definitely knew how to treat my pinched-nerve issue and provided an effective and professional massage experience. The work was intense at times and exactly what I needed to get my muscles to relax and release in my neck. I started feeling relief that evening and finally got a good might sleep. She also provided great after care recommendations. I will definitely be going back for a second session.

I went into the massage with my neck and upper back completely stiff and in a lot of pain. After my massage with Lacey, I regained a ton of mobility and most of the pain went away. Significantly progress!
