Susan is certified in Lomi Lomi and enjoys utilizing this Hawaiian technique that employs myofascial release, lymph flow, deep tissue muscle release & breath work combined with intuitive energy for optimal benefit. She has also trained in: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger point Therapy, Shiatsu, Pre-Natal and more!

As a Reiki Master, Susan believes in the power of positive, intentional touch for the body, mind and spirit. She has led an intuitive life and has personally experienced the healing properties that intentional massage therapy provides and likes to help others experience the same.

Susan’s skills are outstanding. She doesn’t do “cookie cutter” massages, she focuses on the individual’s needs at that time. She provides a warm environment and discusses how you are feeling prior to the massage. This allows for the best possible massage. I highly recommend her!

Susan always asks "how am I doing? and what areas do we need to work on or avoid." Always asks me if I am doing good during the session. Also to let her know if she needs to ease up on the pressure.

Susan is so amazing and I would highly recommend visiting her for a holistic massage. She asked me questions prior to my service to see what kind of massage I was looking for (i.e. did I want to include stretches, what kind of pressure did I prefer) and as a result she cultivated the perfect, most relaxing massage for me right before the holidays. She is a must visit every time I'm home in Sacramento.
