Stress and a non-stop lifestyle builds up a lot of chaos in the body that takes away much enjoyment and energy.  By working on increasing the relaxation response through touch, energy work, essential oils and emotional awareness, your body's chemistry actually changes.  This enables the effects of your massage session to last for a few days.
