I appreciated Clare's approach and thoughtful way of guiding the massage. She spent a moment in the beginning grounding my body in the present, on the table and set to tone to just relax and experience what was happening. She made sure to check in about temperature and pressure over the course of the massage, which I appreciated. She has a wonderful, relaxing presence.
