My goal is to help people find a balance in their life and to aid them with their own healing. I believe that everyone has an innate ability to keep themselves healthy, and I want to be a part of that process, to help you find that ability within yourself. I believe that stress and past trauma’s play a major part in many illnesses, tensions, and chronic conditions within the body.
