A SD native, I moved here in '99 for a job in graphics. I have always believed in hard work and went back to school for massage in 2015 while working that same job for over 17 yrs. I graduated from Globe University in Dec '16 with high honors and started as a contractor at For Your Health, llc shortly after.

I am trained in Swedish, myofacial, reflexology, deep tissue, craniosacral, traditional fire cupping and essential oil drop therapy. I am currently studying TRE (trauma release exercise) as well as herbalism.

I believe in adapting each session to the needs of YOUR body. Education and self care are vital in helping your body return to homeostasis. I don't believe I am a healer, but rather a therapist that helps retrain your body: you do the work, I just assist!
