I first began studying massage with Sensei Delina Fuchs M.A., C.M.T. in 2005 as a Danzan Ryu Jujitsu student. In 2009, at the encouragement of my martial and healing arts instructors I decided to further my massage education by studying Danzan Ryu Restorative Therapy (DZRRT), a full body deep tissue massage. It was in 2011, that I decided to extend what I was sharing with my friends and family to the public. I began working professionally, and opened my practice, A Restorative Therapy in Chico, CA. My practice emphasizes chronic pain management and injury recovery. I feel very fortunate to have turned something I love into my profession. I am now able to help and heal others, my ultimate goal in life, the way I have always desired to.

My first experience with a new therapist; she was professional and very competent and i definitely will return; i think the next session i'll be better equiped to give her an 'amazing' in term of results. So far, so good. Highly recommended.

Rachel did a fantastic job! I have a herniated disc which has caused a lot of neck, shoulder and upper back pain. My left side was also very knotted. She was able to work it out thoroughly and without pain afterwards - a first for me. HIGHLY recommend Rachel!
