Once upon a time I took a long stroll; a walk from Georgia to Maine on the Appalachian Trail. On that long 2,168 mile walk I carried everything I needed on my back, and felt every step ache deep in my muscles, at every road crossing my only wish was for a massage therapist with a table. My wish never came true and I decided to become that massage therapist, so I may help others on their journeys.

I completed school and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in Portland, Oregon in 2004. The last ten years have been filled with learning the intricacies of the human body and how to soothe and re-set aches and unbalances to help clients continue pain free on their lives paths.

I use a combination of different modalities in each session that are tailored to each specific person. I love working with my hands and helping individuals relax and rejuvenate.
