Gina graduated Kripalu's Bodywork program in 2006 and has gone on to take and assist several CranioSacral courses from Upledger, Myofascial Release courses from John F Barnes, and Visceral Manipulation courses from Barral.
All the continuing education has taught Gina to listen in various ways to the bodies subtle messages.
Releasing tight muscles, restricted fascia and assisting neck, low back, leg and shoulder issues just to name a few~

I just finished my first session with Gina and have already scheduled my next. I have been on a journey to heal and correct imbalances after an injury.
