Lisa is a resident of Deerfield since 1999; she and her husband have raised their three children on their small family farm.  Prior to leaving the workforce to raise her children and run their farm, Lisa held the positions of Director of Medical Records for several large long term care facilities, and worked as an EMT.  She completed her studies in Massage Therapy at Great Bay Community College; adding this certification to her degrees in English and French from The University of Connecticut....

Lisa gravitates toward Neuromuscular Therapy techniques which she has found to be highly effective to treat chronic pain, restore function, and calm the mind.  She continues to learn new techniques and modalities and enjoys educating her clients with self-help care.  Lisa is an avid reader, gardener and promoter of heritage breeds.

I initially was anxious and nervous (having never had a massage)but Lisa took time to explain and ask questions and was able to focus on problem areas (such as my neck and shoulders) with great success.

The high point of my month is my therapeutic massage by Lisa. She is very experienced and always wants to know how I'm feeling and if I am experiencing any issues that the massage may be able to correct. We've built a great rapport over the fiver or so years.
