When I'm not working, you can find me running or cycling along Lake Shore or signing up for the next race.

Stan is very skilled. He always asked if there are any specific areas I would like him to focus on and the pressure being applied. He is an athlete so he knows where I need help the most after my long runs. I feel so relaxed during the session and so much better afterward. He is my go to massage therapist.
