I fell in love with massage therapy in 2012. I began this journey with the intent to help heal people from the inside out. I love the instant gratification that massage gives me. To see someone walk in either in a bad mood, or with physical pain and to see them 60/90 minutes later almost a completely different person is my WHY. I attended school at Cortiva Institute - Chicago school of massage therapy. I hold certifications in Thai reflexology, deep tissue treatment, cupping and hot stones. ...

I attended school at Cortiva Institute - Chicago school of massage therapy. I hold certifications in Thai reflexology, deep tissue treatment, cupping and hot stones. My specialty is deep tissue and sports massage. My hobbies outside of massage are dance! I have been dancing ever since I could walk. I am currently a dance fitness instructor for the Boss Chick Dance Workout. It is my little peace of heaven that brings me back full circle. I hope you enjoyed learning about me! I HIGHLY recommend Xiomara Wellness! I received the aromatherapy massage and I would absolutely book again and again! O struggle with relaxing but Shayna made it super easy and relaxed me from head to toe. Literally! My areas of concern were addressed and intentionally cared for! Shayna is an incredible massage therapist who not only cares about what she does, but she has a true gift. I live with horrible chronic pain and Shayna is able to give me some relief with her magic hands!
