I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with over decade of bodywork experience. I am also a Certified Life Coach. 

As a Massage Therapist, my approach involves a unique blend of head and heart that incorporates aspects of Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Active Release Techniques as well as intuition and energy work. As a lifelong student of massage and wellness, I love teaching my clients the value of massage and self-care and how it facilitates greater body awareness and contributes significantly to overall health and well-being.

As a Life Coach, my aim is to help my clients see themselves more clearly by becoming consciously aware of their thoughts and actions, what drives their behavior and how to shift out of patterns of resistance, fear and self-sabotage while stepping into greater sense of self-acceptance, trust and personal power.
