Ambiance was terrible as the masseuse’s phone ringer was on. They answered multiple calls during the massage disrupting the ambiance. The massage itself didn’t feel too great as I left with my back still hurting. Different shoulder movements felt rough and not calm, making the massage itself feel very rough and not relaxing at all.

Best 60$ I spent in 2021! Massage early in the morning and a nap along the lake near the aquarium, possibly the best thing to do in Chicago. Jessica was really awesome, professional, and and expert. Highly recommend it!
