Hello! I am Elizabeth, a licensed Massage Therapist living in Chicago with over 15 years of experience practicing Massage Therapy and Bodywork. Originally from the Bay Area, I graduated from National Holistic Institute in San Francisco in 2008. My coursework included more than 700 hours of training, including intensive studies in Eastern and Western Philosophies for massage therapy and health education. In addition, I have taken separate specialty courses in Prenatal/Postnatal, Trigger Point Therapy, Craniosacral, Reflexology, Stretching and Joint Mobilization, and Hot Stone Therapy.


Previously, I have helped clients in a variety of wellness and fitness settings on the West Coast and across the Chicago area. I specialize in therapeutic massage, blending deep tissue, myofascial therapy, joint mobilization, and stretching. Always in tune to the signals from my clients, I use a slow and steady approach, making relaxation and balance the goal.


My integrative approach to bodywork utilizes massage modalities specific to the needs of each client, with an emphasis on communication and paying close attention to the body’s natural cues. I love to help clients build a healthy body awareness and reach their goals, whether that be reducing pain and tension, injury rehabilitation, or coping with emotional and mental stress. I believe the body has a natural ability to heal itself when treated with compassion and care.

The space was lovely and full of light while at the same time Elizabeth provided a cover for my eyes if I wanted to be darker. We discussed ahead of starting what I was looking for, and she assessed what I needed. She gauged how much to chat by letting me lead. I requested deep tissue; she found the knots and chased them away with deft hands. She always gave me privacy when changing and turning over. When I asked for water and Kleenex, she always made sure I had it. She thought of everything, and the time flew by. I felt so much better as I walked out and into the rest of my day.

My 60 minute massage with Elizabeth was truly wonderful! It was my first time getting a professional massage and she made me feel very comfortable, such as when she asked if there were any specific problem areas or preferences before we began, or when she checked in during the session to see how I was feeling. Nothing felt rushed and her space is gorgeous. I walked away feeling the most relaxed I've felt in over a year and definitely will be coming back to her on a regular basis!
