I got a 90 minute massage yesterday and it was definitely needed! With repetitive movements of stepping and bending at work, I knew my back was in need of some deep work. She was able to feel every tender spot and worked on it until the tenderness lessened and felt my body relax. I was in bad shape when I got there and I left feeling a million times better. Looking forward to my next appointment in two weeks!
