My massages are therapeutic and relaxing. Every massage is an integrative experience. By combining Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Reiki, Myofascial Release, Active Isolated Stretching, Trigger Point therapy, Neuromuscular Facilitation or Thai Massage, your body gains flexibility, range of motion, circulation and overall relaxation.
I have had the pleasure of participating in sponsored athletic events; performing massages on clients post-surgically; those with repetitive use disorders and mature clients. Therapeutic and restorative touch are gifts that I enjoy sharing with others.
Whether it is to relax from the stresses of work/life, recovering from an injury or a self care practice, I believe massage is a health care tool that assists us in returning to a more balanced state of being.

Magical hands. I had a 60 minute Himalayan stone massage and it was absolutely wonderful. Bernice brought everything to my home and set up in a matter of minutes. Nothing was lacking from music, to essential oil aroma diffuser, table warmer and eye mask. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. This will definitely be a part of my weekly self care.

I had a wonderful experience. I make sculptures for a living so I have all types of injuries. Bernice listened and focused on certain areas I've had issues with for years. She truly did a wonderful job. Highly Recommended.
