Welcome! My name is Dennison Adad, also known as the FitnessLMT.

Philosophy that drives my work:
I want to help people find and maintain healing and wellness through bodywork and fitness. I suffered from chronic shoulder pain several years ago. Then, in 2015, I visited a massage therapy center to find some relief. After one session, I learned my pain was from using bags with only one shoulder and from stretching my shoulders, which were actually already lengthened to the point of pain. Aside from managing my posture, I should have been stretching my pecs! Since then, I’ve wanted to enable others to share in that kind of healing experience, whether through bodywork, wellness, or fitness. Because every body is different, I commit to lifelong, continuous learning so I can better meet each person where they are in life. My approach is rooted in positively looking at challenges and opportunities through multiple perspectives.
