Morgan believes that massage and bodywork can help reduce the intensity of one’s pain, promote good posture, blood flow and breathing, and improve overall quality of life. She utilizes deep tissue techniques, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, massage cupping, and corrective breathwork to modify structural imbalances, calm the sympathetic nervous system, and stimulate the healing process, providing a respite from chronic pain and dysfunction.
