I became a massage therapist because of seeing the benefits first hand and to help others take better care of themselves. My goal is to encourage my clients to take time for and to better themselves so that they have more to give to others. The benefits of receiving therapeutic massage on a regular basis are relieving stress, reducing headaches and tension, increasing circulation and flexibility, while improving posture and the immune system.

My chosen modalities of massage are Swedish, Deep Tissue with Bamboo, Children’s, Pregnancy, AromaMeditation massage (Aromatouch technique by doterra), and DewDrop (my twist on YL Raindrop). I am also a doTERRA Wellness Advocate and I only use doTERRA essential oils in my AromaMeditation massage. I diffuse doTERRA essential oils during all massages to help relax, uplift, and benefit the client. I also have a professional account with Young Living essential oils so that I can offer my clients those oils as well.

I’ve seen Elizabeth for my massages for almost 2 years. Her space is warm and welcoming. She asks if I have focus areas she’d like me to work on and always tells me the oils she is using in the room. Something else she’s great at is making sure I’m comfortable the whole time including if my nose gets congested from laying face down. She is skilled and I always leave feeling relaxed.
