I have been an RMT since 2018, when I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, in Halifax. I have been trained in Swedish massage, as well as cupping and hot stone therapy. Being a massage therapist is a highly rewarding career, because I get to relieve pain and help clients work towards better physical and mental wellbeing. I interpret imbalance in the body, evidenced by areas of tension and injury, as a puzzle that can be solved by finding the muscles, joints or fascial restrictions that hinder equilibrium in the body. I believe in working with other health care providers to find a solution to pain and imbalance that works best for each client.
