I specialize in Myofascial Release, Breathing techniques, Structural Energetic Therapy, Reiki, Deep tissue, and Swedish massage.  I am currently working on my Sarga certification (a barefoot myofascial/structural technique that changed my life and perspective of what massage can do for the body).
