David has been working with the human body for 16 years as a
personal trainer focusing on post-rehabilitation, a nutrition coach, and a health
coach. His focus has been transitioning
people from out of physical therapy or injury and back into the activities they
enjoy. His philosophy is that, since one
of the prime risk factors for future injury is previous injury, we need to be
better at rehabilitating people completely and catching problems before they
progress.
