Lisa graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2009. Lisa believes in assessing for and working with postural distortions, things like forward head posture, rounded shoulders, scoliosis, and hip rotations amongst other postures that we acquire from living and moving throughout our days. She has a passion for many different specialities including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, acupressure, and stretc...

She has a passion for many different specialities including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, acupressure, and stretching techniques. Lisa believes that massage doesn’t have to hurt to be effective. By focusing in each guest’s sense if comfort and relaxation, she can help to achieve deep tissue results without pain or discomfort.

Lisa is amazing. My area of concern was inflammation in my flanks and back area. Lisa was intense yet gentle and I didn't know that it was possible to be both at the same time :-). After Lisa was done, my skin was so soft and I felt 100% better.

If you are seeking post-op care, Lisa is amazing. The massages were everything!! I look forward to seeing her every week even though I’m almost 100 percent. Lisa took away the thought of the pain.
