Elisha was born and raised in Tennessee but moved to Virginia to be closer to the beach. Muscles and movement are her passion! In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist, she has a degree in Exercise Science and a background in personal training. She is a competitive powerlifter and a bodybuilder, so she is both personally and professionally familiar with how muscles work and how their dysfunction can affect your life.

Elisha is trained in multiple massage modalities, including medical orthopedic, sports, deep tissue, lymphatic and post surgical lymphatic techniques. She has experience working successfully with many issues, such as frozen shoulder, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and athletic performance.
