Born and raised in the heart of Chicago, Illinois. Aliana joined the Navy and served 4 years at the Norfolk Naval Base as a Boatswain's Mate. Completing two nine month deployments and putting her body under rigorous stress helped her realize her passion for healing the body.

Born and raised in the heart of Chicago, Illinois. Aliana joined the Navy and served 4 years at the Norfolk Naval Base as a Boatswain's Mate. Completing two nine month deployments and putting her body under rigorous stress helped her realize her passion for healing the body. 


She moved on from the Navy and began her educational journey into the complex human body. After graduating from the Cayce/Reilly School of Massotherapy in Virginia Beach, where they focused their healing methods using osteopathic, neuropathic, and Swedish massage, Aliana craved to expand her knowledge and move more toward gaining experiences and education in orthopedic massage. 

She is trained in multiple modalities, including deep tissue, sports, medical orthopedic, accupressure and myofascial massage, lymphatic and post surgical lymphatic techniques. She has experience working successfully with issues such as whiplash, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and rotator cuff injuries.
