Studied under Kirk Jones for the Tibetan Singing Bowl Certification in 2017. Expanded awareness of the science of Sound Therapy thereafter in multiple venues such as Salt Caves, Holistic Events, Educational Centers and with private sessions in office.
Developed and coordinated events at the Alternative Roots Center for Transformation, as well as community outreach programs to raise awareness of holistic options for wellness. Offered massage therapy, meditation and sound bowl therapy in office, and chair massage for events.

Preformed research and developed insights towards client integrity of wellness at the WNY Sleep and Wellness Center as a Sleep Technician between 2012-2013
Studied the principals and meditative practices of the Tuscarora nation under the esteemed Tawaydaquei. Aided in the mantainence and preservation of sacred indigenous space, and provided a channel in which spiritual seekers could explore the beauty of this local cultural heritage. Assisted in the guidance of participants for traditional sweat lodge ceremonies, and weaving ancient rites into the modern day meditative practices.
