I pride myself as being thorough, reliable, hardworking, kind and compassionate. I enjoy helping my clients through the holistic healing art of massage therapy and bodywork. I feel that it is very much a holistic experience, because many clients will not only leave feeling physically better but will also have a positive attitude and ambiance after a session. I have many satisfied clients, who return regularly and refer their friends, co-workers and family. I believe there is a Massage Therapist for everyone and that it is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. I am adaptive to my clients tolerances, (medical) needs and desires. In general my pressure is said to be a firm moderate and I may go deeper into problem areas but also lighter pressure for those with lower tolerance.

Jen is the greatest. I've been getting massages from her for years. I appreciate that she takes my insurance which is how I started seeing her in the first place.
But not why I stayed. She gives a great massage- listens to me if I have an area I need work on. Plus she's just fun to talk and laugh with!! So glad I found her!

Jen is very nurturing and intuitive. She is very skilled in her craft. She is ever evolving and always honing and learning new therapeutic techniques. She will go to any length to figure out how to get you out of pain. She is truly the best!
