Hey everyone! My name's Jimmy and I am the owner and operator at Hippy Fit - Massage & Wellness. I am a massage therapist who focuses more on deep tissue and therapeutic techniques. I graduated from Miller Motte Technical College in 2017 and have been practicing massage full time ever since. I have also received continuing education training in lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, pre-natal, and hot/cold stone massage techniques and am a member of ABMP.

Hey everyone! My name's Jimmy and I am the owner and operator at Hippy Fit - Massage & Wellness. I am a massage therapist who focuses more on deep tissue and therapeutic techniques. I graduated from Miller Motte Technical College in 2017 and have been practicing massage full time ever since. I have also received continuing education training in lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, pre-natal, and hot/cold stone massage techniques and am a member of ABMP.

One of my biggest takeaways from studying muscle structure and function is that muscle tissue can only shorten. It takes the action of an opposite muscle to get a muscle to lengthen and stretch. And when that process goes wrong from things like overuse or injury, muscles become chronically tight. When that happens, it helps to have somebody remind those muscles where they're supposed to go. Sometimes the best thing someone can do for themselves is just take a little time to breathe and let your muscles reset, and I'm here to help you do just that!

Jimmy was extremely professional and showed skill well beyond his years of experience. I suffer from multiple types of chronic pain and his skilled hands eased some of that pain away offering me relief. I will definitely not only be booking again but will be for my husband as well. I just need to remember to turn the heat on in my own home a bit more to help with the ambiance, Jimmy had no control over that though.
