Carla Calitz has always been drawn to nature, movement, and the art of healing. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Art in Photography, but her path took a different shape—one that led her to massage therapy and bodywork. Carla Calitz has always been drawn to nature, movement, and the art of healing. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Art in Photography, but her path took a different shape—one that led her to massage therapy and bodywork. Over the past nine years, she’s developed a deep appreciation for the body’s natural ability to heal itself, believing that with the right support, it knows exactly what to do.

She is certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and a Level 1 Trager Approach student, with additional training in Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, Myofascial Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, and more. Her approach is intuitive, layered, and focused on working with the body rather than against it.

Carla’s love for bodywork is rooted in connection—listening to the body’s subtle cues, creating space for ease, and offering support without force. One of her clients once told her, “You’re not just a massage therapist, you’re an artist.” That moment stuck with her because, in many ways, it made her childhood dream of becoming an artist come true.

When she’s not working with clients, you can usually find her hiking a new trail, rock climbing, practicing yoga, experimenting with breathwork, or diving into holistic health practices. She loves all things natural and earthy and believes healing isn’t just something that happens on the table—it’s woven into the way we move, breathe, and connect with the world around us.
