Hi! I’m Carla. And I love helping others through my knowledge of bodywork. During my career, I've gained over 4,000 hours of hands-on massage therapy experience in addition to 1,290 hours of massage school training. I began my career at The Woodhouse Day Spa and Center MedSpa here in Chattanooga Tennessee. I’m excited to announce opening my own massage practice in the St Elmo community.

Hi! I’m Carla. And I love helping others through my knowledge of bodywork. During my career, I've gained over 4,000 hours of hands-on massage therapy experience in addition to 1,290 hours of massage school training. I began my career at The Woodhouse Day Spa and Center MedSpa here in Chattanooga Tennessee. I’m excited to announce opening my own massage practice in the St Elmo community. 


I am certified in Ashiatsu barefoot-style massage through BareFoot Masters. This method allows me to deliver consistent pressure to my clients by working with gravity, rather than against it. I also incorporate techniques like jostling and rocking the body to calm the nervous system and teach the body to soften. I have studied Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Massage, Deep Tissue, Hydrotherapy, Cupping, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone, Bamboo Massage as well as other modalities. 


My community and clients are truly special, and I work everyday to provide EXCELLENT massage therapy that is customized to the unique needs of each client—while also constantly learning and improving my skills.

Carla's hands are magic! Her technique is super fluid and relaxing, while also working out the knots and problem areas. Love the sound machine and soft music + comfy and warm bed in a simple and clean space. Highly recommend!!
