Greetings! My name is Stephen Roe and my NCLMBT #14490. I’m very excited and honored to join Adrienne and Mike at Carolina Sports Massage. I have been licensed since 2000. My wife Heather, my son Vander and I relocated from Austin, Texas in 2014. We are blessed with the addition of our daughter Elora in 2016.


As you can see, family is important to me, and that’s what I want my clients to feel like when they come in. Bodywork entails good communication, adjustment and adaptation, and to a degree, pleasure with pain. My goal as your therapist is to help you through the process and get you back to your optimal function and beyond. I like to create a custom treatment plan encompassing a hybrid of deep tissue, sports, and myofascial release, among other modalities. I also coach soccer currently for Charlotte Eagles, a Faith based soccer club, and have been coaching for 18 years. As a former athlete myself, I understand the need and benefit of regular bodywork to maintain and get back to your active lifestyle. I look forward to helping you along the journey.
