I think the thing I enjoy the most about performing bodywork for people is helping to achieve the goal. Whether the goal is freeing up a balky shoulder, or helping someone remain limber for their marathon, accomplishing a client request is enormously satisfying. It’s great vibes all the way around.

Mike was able to identify problem areas quickly and applied the right amount of pressure to provide some real relief. I left feeling noticeably better, with much less tension in my shoulders, hips, and neck.
