I started massage school specifically with Thai massage in mind. after 650 hours at NC Massage School, I ventured into Thai massage training. Now at 500+ hours of traditional Thai massage training across the US and in Thailand, I offer you the best of Western and Thai medical theory. I am trained and seek to keep my Thai practice as traditional as possible. yet, I also include Western bodywork practices for your best outcome. I style is slow, deep and meditative. I try to be fully present with each massage and honor the 4 brahma viharas, as practice of loving-kindness, compassion, appreciative joy and equanimity.

I've had all types of different massage with various practitioners over the years and while I have enjoyed most, Liz's practice at Carolina Thai Healing Arts is superior. From atmosphere to the skills used in Thai massage, to Liz taking a few moments before and after to be sure she has met your needs and/or expectations. I always leave out feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. I tried the warming herbal compresses with my body work this time and they were wonderful! Plus got to take them home to infuse into a nice bath, how cool is that!
