Laura Veigel studied Therapeutic Massage at South Piedmont Community College in Monroe, NC and has over 680 hours of training. She became a Licensed Massage Therapist in the summer of 2017. Laura, already trained in Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, and Chair Massage, plans to continue her education during the upcoming school year and will soon be trained in Kinesio Taping, Hot Stone, Pregnancy Massage as well as Full Body Neuromuscular Therapy.

Her passion for helping others started as a youth when she discovered she could help people by using her hands. This connection with people led her to pursue a career in Therapeutic Massage. Her life path enabled her to explore and to focus initially on Eastern Massage and Laura plans to pursue other modalities within the field.

She believes that the human touch can do more for the body than just relax the muscles; touch can also soothe the mind and soothe the soul.
