to the community, and I am closed on Sundays.

I am a 2008 graduate of the Therapeutic Training Massage Institute and a licensed and insured massage and bodywork
therapist. I have been nationally board certified, and I am certified by the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork.
I'm thoroughly trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Seated Massage (On-site/Corporate Massage) and certified in Pre-Natal Massage (Pregnancy/Mommy Massage), in addition to many other modalities and bodywork. I've absorbed bits of Trigger Point, Myofascial, and Neuromuscular, along the way. I know enough Chinese theory (meridians, accupressure points, and five-element theory) to have passed the National Certification Exam (NCTMB) -- but that barely scratches the surface. I love Thai massage, and have incorporated a few moves from it, but a real Thai massage is very different from what I do. For Thai, you'd want to go to someone else.
Through continuing education classes, I have been trained in many additional modalities and I'm always learning new methods, as well as improving my current skills.
