Growing up an athlete,  Kelsey knows the toll that physical activity can take on one’s body. While playing lacrosse in college, Kelsey injured her shoulder, requiring surgery and rehab. During that period it really opened her eyes to the world of sports medicine and bodywork as a form of rehab and recovery. Kelsey attended Queens University of Charlotte where she played lacrosse. Most recently she has graduated from the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork where she dove head first into the world of massage and bodywork. Alongside massage, Kelsey is also a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist(FST), Rocktape FMT certified, and a certified Chiropractic Assistant. 

Kelsey has worked alongside some amazing chiropractors and physical therapists over the last 5 years at an incredible sports medicine facility. She has worked with and treated a wide variety of athletes ranging from NFL players to Ironman athletes, using her skills with FST and Rocktape FMT techniques.  Kelsey has always enjoyed helping people and for her, bodywork is an amazing way to continue to help and heal those around her. 

I know the struggle of not being able to perform at your highest level of performance, and have helped many athletes and people get back to their lifestyle and fitness goals.
