My passion for massage and bodywork came from my own experiences of recovery from multiple sports related injuries and surgeries. Because of those experiences I can bring a deeper understanding of pain and recovery to the treatment room. I have become a big believer in the link between pain, dysfunction and muscle imbalance. The “release” of stuck tissue in concert with the strengthening of weak muscle can often result in a reduction of pain and an increase in movement that you cannot get with massage and bodywork alone
