Traditional massage therapy and advanced muscle testing techniques will assist those with chronic pain, improper posture, and those looking to increase performance.

Common issues addressed are: plantar faciitis, sciatica, frozen shoulder, headaches, carpal tunnel, TMJD, neck/back pain and much more.

Techniques include: Sports massaage, Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release, Cranio-Sacral, Reflexology, Swedish, Hot Stone, Nurturing the Mother Prenatal Massage and Ashiatsu. Neurokinetic Therapy is used as a big part of each session to determine dysfunctional patterns which create pain. Corporate wellness/event packages are also available.

Sandra is a savant. She is so knowledgeable of anatomy and catering her treatment to each person and what they need. She is strong and gentle at the same time. I fell asleep a few times and when it was over - I felt so relaxed and like some tension in my muscles melted away. She also took the time to explain to me which areas are tighter and provided me with different stretches AND a breathwork protocol to help with my overall posture and wellbeing. Sandra is the real deal! Get on her books ASAP!!
