I've always enjoyed helping others and I've always had an interest in natural health remedies.  Back in 2009, I lost may job and the stress of being unemployed began to show in my body.  I made an appointment at a Massage Envy and experienced one of the best massages Id ever had in my life.  The therapist was caring and sensitive to my needs, and most of all, I was no longer in physical pain.  This experience was the beginning of my Massage and Bodywork journey.

I have a Bachelors of Science degree from Winston Salem State University where I studied Rehabilitative Studies.  In 2010, I went to Southeastern Institute in Charlotte, NC and studied clinical massage.  Since then I've expanded my knowledge of massage working in spas, chiropractic offices, chair massage events cooperate and university settings.  I also owned a booth at Cooks Flea Market in Winston Salem, NC, where I provided chair massage, body wraps, and nutrition information for clients and opened my own practice in High Point, NC back in 2012. 

Currently, I relocated back to my home town in Charlotte, NC.  I've reopened my Spa and Wellness Center, now called The WellnessKey, LLC.
