I paid for a customized hot stone and deep tissue massage for my husband's birthday. My husband told me she never used any hot stones. When asked about it, the therapist lied to my face and told me she told me she had used them and still charged me the same price instead of admitting that she had forgotten or misunderstood the purchase. We paid nonetheless and left. However, we would never go back or recommend this place to anyone
