I have previously taught group yoga classes at a variety of fitness facilities. I have also taught at Central Piedmont Community College for the past 2 years and I currently offer one- on- one yoga basic sessions to my clients at Elements of Bodywork. In addition, I am currently working on my 500-hr Yoga certification with Asheville Yoga Center.
I have been certified with AFAA since 2008 and I currently work with my massage clientele to help them become stronger and lead healthier lifestyles.
