Helping others is what sparks joy in Susan. Having certified as a yoga teacher in India in 2012, she has taught yoga in Virginia, West Virginia, and Ireland. Her life’s work is to help others feel great in their bodies through highly personalized massage therapy.

Susan’s experience as a Birth Doula in Honduras and Ireland led her train in massage and gain international certification and licensure in 2017. After giving birth to her daughter in 2020, she holds a deep connection working with women in the prenatal and postpartum periods. 

A passion for holistic wellness led Susan to begin a serious study of Thai massage with Jill Burynski in North Carolina and Homprang Chaleekanha, Doctor of Traditional Thai Medicine, in Thailand. This has become her favorite modality!
