The focus of my work is the relief of chronic and acute pain patterns as well as to help create regulation in the nervous system. I have studied many different modalities over the years, which I integrate into my sessions, but my primary focus is through Neuromuscular Therapy for pain and craniosacral therapy for nervous system integration. I have had success in working with clients to relieve chronic and acute pain patterns, including headaches, lower back pain, TMJ, carpal tunnel syndrome, migraines, tendinitis, and many other patterns of discomfort.  I strive to help my clients reach a pain-free state through hands-on treatment as well as to cultivate self-care through body awareness.
