I have enjoyed my unconventional life. I was born in Washington, DC, and raised between there and Charlottesville, VA. I honestly think I had the best of both worlds. I went to massage school in 2010 when my last 'baby' was almost finished high school. I had in mind to go back to my old profession, but the resession forced me to turn in another direction- Carpentry, in one day came to an absolute standstill. I was a union carpenter in DC during the 80's and 90's and still love working and being outside.
